1. Unless otherwise stated, all graphics on this site are copyright to me, Ashley Akers, and are not to be altered in any way! Changing anything about the graphic, removing my copyright, or displaying it anywhere as your own forbidden- as is using pieces of a doll for the intent of 'frankendolling'. You also may not use any of my Graphix to create your own layout, banner, link buttons, etc.

2. If you display one of my dolls, you must give me the appropriate credit and link back to the index page of www.ThEAsHwEE.com- this must be on the same page where you display the doll. You may use a banner link, or link the doll itself to this website while including one of my link banners on your 'Credits' page or 'Links' page. 3. My dolls may only be used on non-profit, child-friendly sites and may not be used in graphic collections or 'free doll' sites for the purpose of redistribution. No exceptions. Any distributing of my graphix for actual money at an online art auction etc. is prohibited and very seriously punishable by law! Please follow my rules, which are very common in the dolling/graphix community! If I find that any of these rules are broken I will privately contact the offender by issueing a warning, however if the problem is not taken care of in 72 hours I will contact the proper authorities (example: your web site provider) and may take legal action if the problem is severe enough.
